PHIL JOHNSON
President
Philip is a Broad MBA concentrating in Supply Chain Management and Finance and is concurrently pursuing his JD from The Michigan State University College of Law. Philip has over two years of experience in finance with the Vail Resorts Lodging Company and the National Cable Television Cooperative. In addition to being the President of Spartan Consulting, Philip is also a member of the MBA Association, Net Impact, the Christian Business Association and the Christian Legal Society
Joe Sherbondy
Vice President, Sales
Joe Sherbondy is a 2008 MBA from the Broad School of Management at Michigan State University concentrating in Marketing and Finance with a sub concentration in Business Development. Joe has a background in the Semiconductor Industry having worked in international and domestic sales management and capital equipment metrology engineering. Joe has been an active member of the downtown Ann Arbor Kiwanis since 2002.
Jennifer Friedman
Vice President, Finance
Jennifer is a Broad MBA concentrating in Finance and Corporate Accounting. She holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University. In addition to her position on the board of Spartan Consulting, she is a member of the MBA Finance Association. Prior to coming to MSU, Jennifer worked for six years in Corporate Accounting and Finance in the automotive and telecom industry.
Shannon wicke
Vice President, Operations
Shannon is a 2008 MBA from the Michigan State University Broad School of Management concentrating in Marketing and Finance with a sub concentration in Strategic Management. Shannon has a background in Financial Services and Education which has offered her the opportunity to hone skills in Project Management, General Management, Change Management and Account Management. Shannon is a board member of the Women’s MBA Association at Michigan State University and a member of the Finance Association.
Brandon Lupp
Vice President, Membership & Alumni Relations
Brandon is a Broad MBA concentrating in Finance. He is also currently enrolled in the Juris Doctor program at the Michigan State University College of Law, and holds a B.S. in ANR Communications and a post-graduate certificate in International Food Laws & Regulations, both from Michigan State University. Before returning to school Brandon worked for nearly two years as a district sales manager for AgriGold Hybrids, a division of AgReliant Genetics, and has held internships with the Dow Chemical Company, the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and DTE Energy. In addition to serving as the VP of Membership & Alumni Relations, Brandon is also a member of the Michigan State Law Review, the Intellectual Property Law Society and the MBA Finance Association.
Noel Dolan
Vice President, Marketing
Noel is a Broad MBA class of 2008 concentrating in Marketing. She obtained her B.S. in Marketing from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina where she was a two-time captain of her college basketball team. Noel has over 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience. She was named Sales Person of the Year during her time at the Palace Sports & Entertainment. Aside from being involved in community events such as being a regular Red Cross Blood Donor and active in the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Race for the Cure, Noel serves as a graduate assistant in the Broad MBA Admissions office.
GIDEON HYACINTH
Vice President, Human Resources
Gideon is a Broad MBA concentrating in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management. He holds a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration from St. Francis College, New York. Before coming to Michigan State to pursue his MBA, Gideon worked as a purchasing manager at a small consultancy firm in New York. It was in this position that Gideon realized his passion for Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Gideon is an active member of the Broad community and in addition to his position on the SCI board, Gideon is also an executive board member of the MBA Association.
Ping Liang
Vice President, Knowledge management
Ping is a Broad MBA concentrating in Supply Chain Management and Finance. She holds a B.A. in Shenyang University of Technology. She had more than eight years working experience in Demand Planning, Budgeting and Channel Development, with a multi-national fortune 500 company before. In addition to serving as the VP of Knowledge Management for Spartan Consulting, Ping is also a member of the Graduate Supply Chain Management Association
